1. What the service is

tipnaistotu.com is a paid subscription service providing sports betting tips and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. tipnaistotu.com is not a bookmaker or broker and does not encourage anyone to bet - whether and how you bet is entirely your own decision, at your own responsibility and risk. No tip represents a guaranteed outcome; past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

The service is intended only for persons aged 18 and over, and only where sports betting is lawful under local law. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. Registration and account

Purchasing a subscription requires registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and not share account access or resell/redistribute subscription content to third parties. Each account may be used by one person only.

3. Pricing and payment

Current prices and subscription lengths (e.g. 3, 7, or 30 days, or a 30-day exclusive tip) are listed on the Price list page. Payment can be made by card via CardPay (Tatra banka), via PayPal, Skrill, or by bank transfer (Revolut). Access is granted once payment is received and confirmed.

4. Withdrawal from digital content purchases

As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because this is digital content delivered immediately after payment, that right is lost once performance begins with your explicit prior consent, and you acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll., §7(6)(l)). You confirm this consent separately when completing your order.

5. Refunds

Once content has been made accessible, the subscription cannot be refunded or exchanged, except where we are demonstrably at fault for a technical failure that prevented you from using it. If that happens, contact us at info@tipnaistotu.com.

6. Liability

Tips and analysis reflect our professional assessment, not a guaranteed outcome. We are not liable for financial losses arising from bets placed based on published tips. We do not provide investment or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property

All content is provided for the subscriber's personal use only. Redistributing, copying, or reselling it to third parties is prohibited.

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms (e.g. sharing access, abuse), without a right to a refund of amounts already paid where the breach is on your part.

9. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@tipnaistotu.com. As a consumer you also have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR); in Slovakia via the Slovak Trade Inspection, or via the EU ODR platform.
