Privacy Policy

1. What data we process
- Registration data: first name, last name, login, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
- Subscription data: chosen period, account status and access expiry date, payment history (we never store card numbers - payments are handled directly by the payment providers listed below).
- Technical data: IP address and timestamp of login/registration (security, abuse prevention), cookies (see section 6).
- Communications: the content of messages sent via the contact form or email.

3. Who we share data with
We do not sell or publish your data. The following see only what they need to do their job:
- our hosting / technical infrastructure provider,
- whichever payment provider you choose at checkout - Tatra banka / CardPay, PayPal, Skrill, or Revolut for a direct bank transfer - each processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy,
- Google Analytics (only once you accept analytics cookies) - this may involve a transfer of data outside the EU/EEA under Google's standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. Payment-related accounting records are kept for the period required by law (generally 10 years). Inactive accounts and data no longer needed for the purposes above are deleted or anonymised, either on request or periodically.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent you gave (e.g. for the newsletter or analytics cookies) at any time - withdrawing consent doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, email info@tipnaistotu.com. If you believe our processing doesn't comply with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or the equivalent authority in your own country of residence.
6. Cookies
Essential cookies (your login session) are always used - they're required for the site to work and don't need consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and passwords are stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash - never in readable form, and never emailed back to you.
8. Age restriction
This service is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
